The Emerging Asset Managers Group (e-NAMS) was formed by a group of emerging asset managers with a vision to:

To develop a connected and supportive network of emerging infrastructure asset management professionals

Business Plan

The group has been working to formulate a direction for e-NAMS, with their business plan going to the NAMS Board in December 2013. A copy of the draft business plan is available here.

e-NAMS has been working to develop an industry mentoring programme. The group sees this as a way of attracting, supporting and retaining of asset management professionals while growing them professionally and technically, and assisting in the development of networks.
